Demand Studios Update

Another freelance site I mentioned joining earlier on was Demand Studios. I applied and was fortunate to be accepted on the same day.

I began writing immediately, and was pleasantly surprised to have my first articles approved within a few days. I was even more pleasantly surprised to receive my first payment just a few days later. Although I'm still not entirely clear when the cutoff date is for payments, they do process them quickly.

The articles are quick and easy to write and I still enjoy them. While the pay is not high, it's not bad either for the effort or time involved. I also really like that it's work I can do here and there and am not obligated to produce a certain amount within a certain time. I also like being able to choose my own topics.

Although I hate to be in competition with more writers to grab the best topics :) I highly recommend Demand Studios for any freelancer wanting some extra work to fill in the gaps between other gigs, or who wants to just make a little extra money.
